NorthBy was founded by Carlo Del Mistro, a digital, product and commercial growth executive with 20 years' experience across hospitality, travel, consumer and technology.

Most recently, Carlo was Chief Digital Officer at Ennismore, where he led product, engineering, loyalty and e-commerce across a global lifestyle hospitality portfolio. His work has focused on direct digital revenue, booking journeys, loyalty propositions, product platforms, AI adoption and operating model change.
